Inspection Comments   I TALKED TO MANAGER. THEY SAID THEY WERE FOLLOWING THE STATE'S REGULATION, WHEN IT CAME TO DELIVERY DRIVER'S PICKING UP DRINKS. WHICH STATES THAT ONLY EMPLOYEE'S OF DICKIE'S CAN PREPARE FOOD NOT DELIVERY DRIVERS, SINCE THEY ARE CONSIDERED A THIRD PARTY AND NOT AN EMPLOYEE OF DICKIES.
